Every wet area we install is fully tanked with a certified waterproofing system before a single tile is fixed. Substrates are levelled, primed and prepared to BS 5385 so the finished bathroom performs beautifully for the long term — not just on handover day.

We prime the substrate, install a decoupling and waterproofing membrane across the floor and up the walls to the required height, seal every corner and pipe penetration with tanking tape and collars, and set the fall to the linear drain before any tiles are cut — so the room is genuinely watertight before it is beautiful.

Book-matching a feature wall is unforgiving — the veining must mirror across the joint, the joints themselves must be mitred, and the substrate must be dead flat. We plan the sequence, dry-lay the panels, cut with a rail saw and set with a full-coverage adhesive so the finished wall reads as one piece of stone.
