Fresh screeds and underfloor heating
New screeds need to be dry and sound before tiles go down, and underfloor heating should be commissioned first. We check the floor on survey and advise whether an uncoupling membrane is worthwhile.
Working to the build programme
We agree the tiling sequence with the main contractor or homeowner so floors, kitchens and bathrooms are tiled at the right stage, with cuts and joint lines planned before work starts.
