Notes
Long light-filled extension with bi-fold openings. The grid was set out from the bi-fold line so the joints line through with the glazing, with tight 2 mm grout joints, invisible cuts around the underfloor-heating manifolds, and full adhesive coverage under a heated floor for imperceptible lippage under raking daylight.

Continuous marble-effect flooring flowing between rooms and through doorways, matched to a bespoke kitchen and an open staircase. Every joint had to line through, cuts around the island were made on a wet rail saw, and the returns to the stair riser are mitred.
