Deluxe Tiling
Commercial tiling
Covering Berkshire and north Surrey.
Deluxe Tiling takes on commercial and high-traffic tiling in Berkshire and north Surrey, either directly for the client or as a tiling subcontractor on a fit-out. The same preparation and setting-out standards apply as on our residential work.
- Porcelain and ceramic floor and wall tiling
- Direct work or subcontract on fit-outs
- Substrate preparation and levelling
- Work sequenced to your programme
- Priced by consultation
Preparation first
High-traffic floors depend on the substrate. We check flatness and condition, prepare and level where needed, and use full adhesive coverage so tiles are fully supported.
Fitting into the programme
On fit-outs we coordinate with the main contractor on access, sequencing and other trades, and agree areas and handover stages up front.
