1. About Us

Deluxe Tiling Ltd provides professional tiling services, including installation, preparation, waterproofing, restoration, and tile supply.

2. Booking & Deposits

• A 20% booking deposit is required to secure your installation date.

• When tiles are supplied by Deluxe Tiling, 100% of the material cost is payable upfront before ordering.

• Remaining labour balance is due on completion.

3. Cooling-Off Period

Domestic customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law.
If you choose to begin work sooner, you can waive this right via email or WhatsApp.

4. Variations & Additional Work

If issues are uncovered during installation (e.g., rotten floors, hidden water damage), a revised quotation will be provided.
Approval via WhatsApp or email counts as written agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rebooking

• Cancellations after the cooling-off period may incur charges.

• You may rebook once within 4 weeks without a fee.

6. Materials & Manufacturer Responsibility

Tile defects are covered by the tile manufacturer, not Deluxe Tiling Ltd.
Manufacturer warranty documents are supplied where available.

7. 10-Year Workmanship Guarantee

We offer a 10-year workmanship guarantee covering installation quality (see Guarantee page).
This does not cover material defects, misuse, structural movement, poor ventilation, or damage caused by others.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide access and clear working areas

• Ensure plumbing and electrics are safe before work begins

• Maintain proper ventilation

• Use recommended cleaning products only

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect losses

• Delays outside our control

• Pre-existing structural issues

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
