What’s Covered

Our guarantee protects you against any issue caused by workmanship, including:

• Tile alignment and levelling

• Grout workmanship

• Silicone sealing

• Preparation and levelling work

• Waterproofing (tanking) installation

If a problem appears due to our workmanship, we’ll repair it at no cost.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Tile material defects (covered by the manufacturer)

• Damage caused by structural movement

• Leaks caused by plumbing, not tiling

• Impact damage or cracks caused by accidents

• Incorrect cleaning products (bleach, acids, abrasive cleaners)

• DIY drilling or alterations after installation

• Mould or damp caused by poor ventilation

• Normal wear and tear over time

Tile Manufacturers Have Their Own Warranties

When Deluxe Tiling supplies tiles, the manufacturer provides a separate warranty covering:

• Material defects

• Firing/calibration issues

• Shade variation policies

We’ll provide full documentation for your tile brand.

How to Maintain Your Guarantee

To keep your guarantee valid:

• Use pH-neutral cleaners only

• Avoid bleach, acidic limescale removers, or abrasive pads

• Keep the room ventilated after showers

• Do not drill or alter tiles without professional help

• Report issues as soon as they appear
